Bio-Sketch
Dr. Amita Jain has done her B.E.(CSE), M. Tech. (IT)and PhD (Natural Language Processing) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She is having 21 years teaching and research experience. She has published 109 research papers in highly reputed International Journals and conferences including ACM Transactions, IEEE, Elsevier, Springer etc. She is managing editor in International Journal of Forensic Software Engineering, Inderscience. She has organized (five) and delivered talks (24) in International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops held in NITs, DTU, DU etc. She supervised three Ph.D. students and four students are working under her guidance. She has worked as nodal officer (Training), Nodal Officer(Media and Communication) in various general elections. She has received two commendable research awards. She has also been allotted a Research project titled” Generation of Hindi-English Code Mixed Computational Lexicon and Chatbot Counselling Application for Depression Disorder” financially sponsored by IIT Mandi, Ministry of Science and Technology.
