About the Lab:
The lab is designed to develop and test new technologies, and is involved in carrying out the manufacturing activities with the help of sophisticated equipment. Lab facilities include various joining & welding processes and their modifications, and design & fabrication of industrial fluxes to provide solution to the contemporary industries. Extensive research is being carried out in fields of SAW and MIG welding. Data acquisition system attached with SAW machine to acquire the data at 8 different channels using in-built software is available in the lab.
