General information about lab
This Laboratory has been established to familiarize the students with the most fascinating subject of engineering students i.e. Electrical workshop lab.This laboratory mainly focuses on the Introduction and verification of various tools and circuits such as different wiring techniques used in various fields. It also introduce the functionality of various machine used in industries. The Laboratory is equipped with the following experimental setups:

1. Introduction of tools, electrical materials, symbols and abbreviations.
2. To study stair case wiring.
3. To study house wiring i.e., batten, cleat, casing-capping and conduit wirings.
4. To study fluorescent tube light.
5. Control of a light point from three or more different places with the help of intermediate switch
6. To construct Step-Down Transformer
7. To make battery eliminator by using a step down transformer having various voltages.
8. To study circuit of a Simple power supply with regulation & filters
9. To study circuit & working of a U.P.S.
10. To study Circuit & working of a Home Inverter.
11. To study switches, fuses, MCBs and Importance of Earthing.
