Dr. Manish Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the Netaji Subhas University of Technology, India. He is a recipient of the IPID4All Doctoral Scholarship Scheme (Germany) and DAAD IIT IIM Master’s Sandwich Scholarship (Germany). He is also an UNESCO certified mentor for Community Based Participatory Research. He has more than 7 years of teaching and prolific research experience. He is a keen observer of not only the Indian political system but also of other developing and developed nations. His main areas of interest are urban water, urban development and climate change, disaster resilience and community based participatory research.
