Bio-Sketch:
Anjanee Kumar Mishra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at NSUT Delhi. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Honours from Gautam Buddha Technical University (GBTU), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, which he completed in 2011. He then pursued his M.Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD), New Delhi, India, in 2015. In 2020, he earned his Ph.D. with Distinction in Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, and Drives (PEEMD) from the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Delhi, where his thesis was awarded the “Best Thesis Award” and also secured the “2nd Prize in IEEE IAS (Industry Applications Society) Thesis Contest 2020”, USA. Following his Ph.D., he worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Michigan, Dearborn, Michigan, USA, in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, where he contributed significantly to research in his field of expertise. He has more than 60 publications to his credit, including 15 IEEE Transactions/Journals and 4 Indian Patents. His areas of research interests include power electronics, electrical machines, renewable power generation, microgrids, smart grids, and electric vehicles. He has chaired numerous conference sessions and has been invited as an expert lecturer in short-term courses at various colleges.
