Bio-sketch: Prof. Seema Kharbanda has completed bachelors in architecture from MIT Aurangabad in first division, and her post graduation in Housing from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi. She was awarded the gold medal for her outstanding achievement during her post graduation at SPA New Delhi.

 Practicing as partner in her own consultancy firm M/S PLANNERS KONCEPT from 1996, she has over 30 years of industry experience and has specialised in various diversified projects in the fields of interiors, multi storeyed apartments, landscaping, transportation and oil sector. She has also successfully completed various prestigious projects for Govt. Organisations / JICA aided and in the corporate sector.

 She also has a wide experience of more than 8 years in the academic field and has served in prestigious academic institutions.

Practicing as head of Arch. Deptt. at M/S Planners Koncept, since 1995 and providing consultancy in the field of Town Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure planning & designing.                         

The firm has been working on projects of estimated value more than 10 Crores for different public sector companies.

Involved in the Project formulation of New Kanpur Township as local associates of Consulting Engineering Services, New Delhi , conducted all the planning surveys for project preparation.

Survey work of Mandhna-Bhounti bypass of around 22km stretch is done for Kanpur Development Authority/U.P.S.I.D.C. 

Involved in the traffic count surveys, retail outlet planning, project management for large scale retail outlets for BPCL, HPCL, IOC etc.

Arranged traffic count surveys, parking surveys, speed & delay surveys in and around Kanpur on the major corridors for Ministry of Shipping,  Road Transport & Highways.

Involved in the landscaped designing/ beautification of traffic island, road sides etc.
