Biosketch

Dr. Dinesh Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Netaji Subhas University of Technology, New Delhi, India. He obtained his Ph.D. from Haryana School of Business, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, Haryana. He is a fellow member of the Insurance Institute of India. He holds the degree of B.Sc. (Science) from KUK, MBA from Haryana School of Business and MA in Psychology & M.Com from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He has qualified UGC NET-JRF in three disciplines: Management, Commerce & Psychology. He has served as Deputy Corporate Business Manager (D) ,  in The Oriental Insurance Company Limited for more than ten years.

His areas of interest include Consumer Behavior, Organizational Behavior, Sales & Marketing and General Insurance.
